All of our leases at Mitchell Yards are by-the-bed, meaning that each tenant is only responsible for their assigned bedroom, common spaces, and portion of the rent. If your roommate damages their assigned bedroom or breaks their lease, you will not be held responsible.
Mitchell Yards is located near stops for routes 44 and 48, making it easy to commute to UArk campus and the greater Fayetteville area.
